About the Geraud's article








I think this article is very relevant about what's happening in hotels about aminities. In fact, if hotels doesn't put a limit about the services inside the room, it will be too expensive for hotel and there will not be good marges for rentabilities. For my point of view, it's a good thing that hotel put aminities but not too much. If they want to have a exceptional service for regular customers, they could give some small gift from the second time for a client.
